Hello, I am Philip Chau, the Co-Founder and Marketing Director of Furrenz.

I was born in Macau, later spent a significant part of my life in Toronto, Canada, and now live in Hong Kong. My path into the pet industry came from the perfect combination of business market insight and a deep passion for animal behavior. As a pet parent with more than ten years of experience, from the three beloved companions who grew up with us, Bobby, Chimi, and Fluffy, to our current family members Chibi and Ian, I can easily spend an entire day observing their every move and studying their body language and emotional responses. I strongly believe that with the right guidance, our furry companions can live with great emotional balance. Building a harmonious home environment for them also helps every family member learn mutual respect and enjoy each other’s company.

With my professional background in marketing, consumer research, and business strategy, I saw enormous potential and room for transformation in Hong Kong’s pet market. Turning my passion for animals into a driving force for business strategy and brand innovation is exactly what I love most. Building the Furrenz Pet Sitters brand and business vision from the ground up together with Viola has been deeply meaningful and truly enjoyable for me.

I am very happy to continue introducing professional, systematic overseas pet sitting concepts to Hong Kong. My goal is to combine market professionalism with genuine care for furry companions, bringing pet owners across Hong Kong a trustworthy, high-quality service that truly gives them peace of mind.
