Free first meeting required
You and your pet meet the sitter, discuss service details, and may arrange key handover.
Invoice and payment confirmation
After confirming the service details, we issue an invoice. Payment locks in the service officially.
WhatsApp group setup
The group includes the client, sitter, and Furrenz founders, with daily photo or video updates.
Service completion and key return
After service, keys are returned safely as agreed, whether at home, mailbox, management office, or another arrangement.
