Furrenz Pet Academy Terms & Conditions

1. Course Creation & Educational Scope:

All academy content and courses are created and taught directly by our co-founders, Philip and Viola.

Our courses are designed to increase pet owners' understanding of pets based on our extensive practical insights from over 30,000 completed pet-sitting jobs. These materials are meant strictly for educational sharing and are not intended to replace professional veterinary or medical advice.

2. Structure, Purchasing & Access:

Courses are sold as themed bundles, where each bundle contains multiple individual courses complete with recorded videos, presentation slides, cheatsheets, and quizzes.

There is currently no subscription model; purchasing a course bundle grants you one-time, lifetime access to all included courses and materials.

Students must create an account to log in, track course progress, and stream course videos. While videos require an online login to view, accompanying materials such as slides and cheatsheets can be permanently downloaded for offline use.

3. Certification:

Students will successfully earn a certificate of completion only after finishing all quizzes within a course bundle.

4. Strict Non-Refundable Policy:

Due to the digital nature of the content—where users gain immediate access and the ability to download materials upon purchase—all academy course sales are strictly non-refundable.
