Hello, I am Viola Leung, the Founder and Pet Care Director of Furrenz.

I was born in Hong Kong and later lived in Canada for more than 15 years. Since I was very young, I have felt a special bond and unspoken connection with small animals. From that time on, I knew that I wanted to dedicate my life to pet care.

My journey as a pet parent began with three beloved companions who have already crossed the Rainbow Bridge and become Furrenz’s eternal ambassadors: Bobby the Corgi, Chimi the tabby cat, and Fluffy the lionhead rabbit. Today, that lively warmth continues in my home with two newer family members: Chibi the cat and Ian the turtle. My home still feels like a little animal paradise filled with love. Pets are the most wonderful companions humans can have. They love us unconditionally, and because of that, I believe they deserve the very best in return. This is also the heart behind why I founded Furrenz: to bring the highest level of love and care to every furry family member.

I have devoted most of my life to small animals. Over the past 23+ years of my professional career, I have worked in North America and Hong Kong as a professional pet sitter, pet daycare attendant, and pet hotel manager. I am very grateful to have been interviewed many times by television stations and magazines in both Hong Kong and Canada, where I shared my experience and insights in the pet care field.

After caring for hundreds of animals with different breeds, personalities, and habits, I continue to keep learning and improving. To bring overseas professional standards back to Hong Kong, I have obtained several professional qualifications, including:

• Certified Professional Pet Sitter (CPPS) from Pet Sitters International

• Veterinary Nursing Certificate from the Hong Kong Veterinary Association

• Professional Pet First Aid Certificate
